Shifted our focus from film emulsions that emphasize mass productivity to high-resolution and high-resolution film emulsions. TAIKI’s direct FILM emulsion realizes the high-quality printed images of mirror plate making.

■Features

  • １．Achieves high resolution (50μ fine line resolution)
  • ２．Emulsion pasting brings out the advantages of the direct method (printing resistance and solvent resistance).
  • ３．It can be stored for a long time (1 year or more in the Film / PS plate).

■Conventional characteristics of the direct method

  • ・Apply emulsion (once the printing surface) → pasted → dried, ready to make a plate.
  • ・A mirror-finished plate film capable of high-definition printing that does not easily bleed.
  • ・High mass productivity “water-paste” is also possible.
  • ・Thick film is also possible.
