- ２．The film thickness is constant, uniform, and the surface RZ value is extremely low, so printability is excellent.
- ３．High sensitivity, high resolution, long-term storage is possible, and it is easy to use.
- ４．High solvent resistance, applicable to CTS, PCB, graphics, general printing.
- ５．It is recommended to use the pasting emulsion KBS-686 or KBS-691 and add 0.5-2g of the attached diazo to improve the resolution and printing resistance. However, please note that the pot life of the emulsion will be shortened after the addition.
■How to paste
Film pasting by emulsion application
- ・Paste Emulsion KBS-686 or KBS-691(Add a photosensitizer in advance, stir and then filter and defoam)
- ・Apply emulsion (once the printing surface) → (once on the squeegee surface) → (paste the film on the printing surface)
- ・Be careful of static electricity and dust when pasting. (Too much pressure on the film can cause defects.)
Film pasting by water application
- ・Degrease the mesh with a cleaning agent.
- ・Rinse both sides thoroughly with water.
- ・After draining the water, use an empty bucket to attach the film.
- ・Squeeze with the tip of the bucket 2-3 times.
- ・Be careful of static electricity and dust when pasting. (Too much pressure on the film can cause defects.)
