Traditionally, combination masks were mainly made using “epoxy adhesives” or “UV adhesives.”
A new processing method was developed to replace traditional adhesives by using polyethylene sheets.

Advantages

1. Work efficiency is 3 to 5 times higher than traditional methods, improving productivity.
2. Superior in terms of chemical resistance and bonding strength.
3. No contamination of the screen due to adhesive splatter, making quality management easier.

Disadvantages

1. Requires the preparation of stamped polyethylene sheets meeting specific standards, limiting adaptability to various combination specifications.
2. For large-sized combinations, high equipment performance is required to ensure adhesion quality.
3. Significant tension reduction caused by heat.
   Countermeasure: Use a “tension adjustment machine” in conjunction.
